East Lincoln Animal Hospital is equipped with a state-of-the-art surgical suite that makes it possible for our qualified doctors to perform a wide variety of surgical procedures. Examples of surgical procedures available to Denver and the surrounding areas include preventive surgery such as spaying and neutering; soft tissue surgery such as tumor removal; eye surgery such as cherry eye and entropion repair to conjunctival flaps for corneal ulceration; as well as orthopedic surgery such as fractures and cranial cruciate ligament repair. We also offer some surgical procedures for exotic animals.

Occasionally we refer to specialists (board certified surgeons) for more complex procedures. We also have a board certified surgeon who will perform procedures such as TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) and Bulla Osteotomies at our hospital.

The expert doctors at East Lincoln Animal Hospital have access to equipment that will aid them in providing the best of care to your pet prior to, during, and after surgery and other special procedures. We provide ECG consultations with cardiology specialists. We offer pre-operative, routine, and STAT ECGS as well as Holter monitoring when needed. Our video otoscope enables our veterinarians to treat complicated ear infections, remove foreign objects from an ear and perform biopsies of the nasal sinus. Our physicians also use the most modern equipment to monitor a patient’s vital signs during all procedures requiring anesthesia. We use the safest anesthetics in order to provide an extra margin of safety for older patients and those at high risk.
