Amanda DeMaster DVM

Dr. DeMaster grew up just outside of Raleigh, NC. She graduated from NC State University in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Microbiology, and in 2008 with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (also from NC State). After finishing veterinary school, she completed an internship in small animal medicine at Texas A & M College of Veterinary Medicine. She moved back to NC, and worked in the Durham area for a year before moving to this area in 2010.

Dr. DeMaster enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but her areas of special interest include internal medicine and cardiology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and spending sunny days on the lake. Dr. DeMaster lives in Huntersville with her boyfriend, who is also a veterinarian, and their cat Ruby and puppy Jasmine.

Dr. DeMaster is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association.
